- Winner: ‘Best in Customer Experience’ award for SONY global redesign, surpassing Apple and Samsung
- Winner: ‘Best User Experience’ award with Microsoft on Windows 8 upgrade rollout for SONY
- Winner: ‘Best in UX EdTech’ award with Discovery & Pearson Education
- Startup-to-IPO exit managing the product design team at eDiets.com driving $200m retention product campaign
- Recruited by Kaplan as Principal Director to build out the Product Design team supporting Vanguard, Wells Fargo, Schwab, Fidelity
- Led Global UI/UX Design & Strategy for SONY USA, Canada, and Latin America supporting 11,000 SKU’s and VAIO team
- Granted (3) UX patents for SONY by leveraging social media integration with product data, resulting in a $46m recapture savings over four year roadmap
- Grew up in Stockbridge, MA running family Inn B&B meeting people all over the world (and carrying hundreds of travel bags up the stairs)

- Worked in the restaurant + hospitality industry for 11 years throughout middle, high school + college (made $7.25hr as fry cook at Chili’s)
- Took 6 college exams in 9 days for 18 credits 17 years after graduating (still not quite sure how I pulled this off)
